We offer delivery on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as distance from the bakery and day of the week influence if we are able to deliver or not.

Concord Teacakes is not an allergen free facility. We do offer peanut free, nut free, dairy free, gluten free, egg free, and soy free products, but we do not guarantee these baked goods are free of cross contamination.

Although we cannot guarantee our gluten free options are free of cross-contamination, we do offer gluten free cakes and cupcakes and our coconut macaroons and almond macaroons are naturally gluten free.

Yes we can! Look through our gallery https://concordteacakes.com/photos or our Instagram and Facebook pages @concordteacakes to view our most recent custom designs. We recommend placing custom cake orders 1-2 weeks in advance (3 weeks during holiday times) to ensure availability. 

For cookies: We can print an image, such as a logo, onto a circle or rectangle shaped cookie. We can also do custom designs using royal icing and a cookie cutter from our extensive shape collection. If you’d like a specific shape you can bring that in as well (at least 1 week in advance).

It is extremely important that you take extra caution when transporting cakes! Cakes should be held from the bottom and not by the sides of the box and they should never be stacked. 

They should be kept as flat and your car should be cool as possible during transport.

We do our best to securely box your order for the easiest transport, however some cakes, based on height and shape, cannot be fully covered because once the cake leaves our store, we are no longer responsible for it, so please drive carefully!
